Referral required
Because this is a focused practice and primarily virtual, there are some requirements before we can work together.
Requirements:
Adult only clinic
You must have a family physician / access to ongoing primary care
A Valid OHIP Card
Ability and willingness to participate in virtual care
Mental health
If you are an adult interested in individual mental health support, I provide an integrated approach with a foundation in Internal Family Systems. Although I am a physician, my practice is focused in psychotherapy and I do not provide medication management or primary care.
Gender affirming Care
I am able to provide support for gender affirming care for my patients, which primarily is in mental health support. I can provide hormone management for my established patients if that is needed. I am authorized to provide “assessments” for those seeking gender affirming surgery. This does also require a referral from a physician. This may be your primary care clinician or another physician
